The tube holder (1) has a container (2) completely surrounding and stabilising the tube. A spring-elastic closure element is provided in the lower section (6) of the container in the wall (7) to allow access to the tube and its contents. The contents are squeezed out from the tube through a suitable device (9). The squeeze device comprises two parallel clamping jaws arranged to move up to each other and back again. The container can be made of stainless steel and/or plastics.
