PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow melting system capable of facilitating the timer setting operation while having various timer functions for assisting the start or stop of the operation. SOLUTION: The snow melting system 1 circulating a heated heat medium to a snow melting terminal 9 is equipped with a snow-fall sensor 82 and a controller 10 having a driving control section 8 and a timer setting means 16, a driving control section 8 operates retarding operation by time set by a retarding timer from the end of a snowfall in an automatic operation mode, and when an off-timer is set by a manual operation mode, it is so constituted that the operation is stopped after a setting time elapses, the timer setting means is shifted to a setting mode of the retarding timer when the timer setting means is operated by the automatic operation mode, and when the timer setting means is operated by the manual operation mode, it is shifted to the setting mode of the off timer.
