PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide rail to prevent deficiency caused by side slippage. SOLUTION: A pair of inner rails is formed on a swivel upper, and a pair of center rails is arranged outside of the inner rails. V grooves are provided on an outside surface of each of the inner rails and an inside surface of each of the center rails, and a steel ball positioned by a holding metal fitting is stored between both of the V grooves. First and second sprocket supporting brackets 53, 54 are fixed on inside surfaces of the inner rails, and a stay 71 is supported by both of the supporting brackets 53, 54. A columnar part 73 to be inserted into a circular hole 66 of a first sprocket shaft 63 free to rotate is provided on one end part of the stay 71, and a male screw 75 to be screwed in a screw hole 68 of a second sprocket shaft 64 is provided on the other end part of the stay 71. This state is maintained by moving a lock nut 74 to the side of the second sprocket shaft 64 after varying an insertion flap of the male screw 75 to the screw hole 68 by revolving a stay main body 72.
