PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a weather strip for an anti-trap excellent in assembly workability without lowering an R follow-up property of mounting to a non-linearly changed flange. SOLUTION: This mounting structure of the weather strip 2 for the anti-trap furnished with a cross-section roughly U shaped mounting base part 3 mounted on the flange 5 projected toward the car body front side on a front end surface 1a of a sliding door 1 to move to the front and the rear of the car body and to non-linearly change and a hollow sealing part 4 integrally molded on the mounting base part 3 and to make elastically contact with an obstacle when the obstacle such as a finger, etc. exists between the front end surface 1a of the sliding door 1 and a body B at the time when the sliding door is closed is constituted by cutting out a curved part L of the flange 5, mounting a resin made clip 20 in a shape along the curved part L of the flange 5 on a cut-out part and assembling the mounting base part 3 on the resin made clip 20.
