<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service to a user at a further reasonable cost and to perform a further sure output prediction with a plurality of proofreading expression methods by providing one or more proofreading expression methods to the user. <P>SOLUTION: An order receipt/manuscript receiving manager 112 accepts a job consisting of image data and its print instruction through the Internet, and selectively instructs a proofreading expression method for the job from one or more proofreading expression methods through the Internet. A proof manager 114 proofreads and expresses the image data based on the print instruction of the job, and confirms the propriety of printing of the proofread/expressed job through the Internet.
