PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To know the degree of an improvement of a business work due to the attendance of a lecture on a business learning.

SOLUTION: A work amount storage part 1a receives the workload of business worked by an employe by using a terminal device 2 and stores the received work amount in a workload storage DB 1e. A business learning display part 1b displays a business learning picture for learning business on the terminal device 2 in accordance with a business learning request from the employe. A learning information storage part 1c receives the start time and end time of business learning taken by the employe through the terminal device 2 and stores the received data in a learning information storage DB 1f. A working efficiency calculation part 1d refers to the work amount storage DB 1e and the learning information storage DB 1f and calculates the working efficiency of business after the end of business learning to business before the start of business learning from the employe's work amount obtained before the start of business learning and the work amount obtained after the end of business learning. A working efficiency calculation part 1d displays the calculated working efficiency on a terminal device 3 in accordance with a request from a manager using the terminal device 3.
