PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular steering device which prevents steering exceeding an end abutting state without increasing the sizes of a reaction actuator and a reaction motor. SOLUTION: The steering device 20 is structured to output a lock command signal to a lock mechanism 40, when steering is carried out by a steering wheel 21 and a steering motor rotation angle of a steering motor 27b is not changed, by an end abutting state detection processing 30h. Therefore, when the steering motor rotation angle of the steering motor 27b is not changed though steering is carried out by the steering wheel 21, rotations of a steering shaft 22 is prevented by the lock mechanism 40, so that the steering wheel 21 is locked by the lock mechanism 40 even when a driver intends to rotate the steering wheel 21 furthermore. Consequently, a load due to the reaction motor 24 is reduced, and steering exceeding the end abutting state is prevented without increasing the sizes of the reaction motor 24 and the reaction actuator.
