The device has an input fiber (7), access channels (19)and a multiplexer/demultiplexer optical device (3) that are utilized for transmission of signal into Coarse wavelength division multiplexing (CWDM)signal spectrum. An optical access network is connected with windows by a CWDMfiber (8). Multiple modules (2) are controlled by a monitoring module (1) to manage a configuration protocol by a microprocessor (9). The modules are connected with the multiplexer/demultiplexer device by the access channels and a unidirectional broadcast channel.
