PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical fluctuation monitor of a slope accurately, stably and continuously measuring the vertical fluctuations of a plurality of points on a slope to monitor and foresee the collapse of the slope. SOLUTION: In this slope monitor, a liquid influx port for injecting liquid is provided at an upper part, and a liquid tank provided with a level monitor for monitoring the level of liquid inside of the liquid tank is arranged and fixed on a steady ground eliminating the vertical fluctuation. A tube made of metal or plastic is connected to the bottom of the liquid tank, and a liquid sealing valve is arranged at the lower end of the tube, and at least one pressure gauge for measuring a gauge or absolute pressure in the tube is arranged on the way. The inside of the tube and that of the pressure gauge are filled with the liquid, and the pressure gauge is arranged at the vertical fluctuation measuring point on the slope.
