<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter that can operate with low loss even if a large current is caused to flow. <P>SOLUTION: This inverter 200 for controlling a polyphase AC motor includes a switching element (FET220) that controls a motor 100 by a pulse driving system.
