PURPOSE: A method for controlling a speaker volume of a home theater system is provided to visually display the volume of entire speakers in graphics, and to selectively control the volume of each speaker by up/down keys of a remote controller, so that a user can easily control volume level to the user's interest. CONSTITUTION: A system detects an input of a volume control key, which is performed through an amplifier or a remote controller(S101). If the input is detected, the system outputs volume levels set on each speaker as well as kinds of the speakers on a screen in graphics(S102). The system selects one of the speakers through the amplifier or the remote controller(S103). The system controls the size of a graphic screen showing the volume levels of the speakers by inputting up/down keys(S104). When the volume levels are completely controlled(S105), the system inputs a setup storage key to store the set volume levels(S106). |
