PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an iron core erecting device for transformer which can easily conduct positioning of a clamp with higher accuracy even with only a worker without the use of a crane. SOLUTION: A bottom plate 1 of the iron core erecting device is provided with a rack 2 and a feeding device 7. The feeding device 7 holds a clamp 3 and is configured to shift this clamp in the horizontal and vertical directions. Position of the clamp 3 which is temporarily set can be adjusted by manipulating the feeding device 7, and the clamp 3 can also be set to the regular position. According to this profile, it is not required to use a large size crane for positioning of the clamp 3 and positioning thereof in unit of several millimeters can be realized easily.
