PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide on-demand typing management apparatus, which enables a researcher to decrease a time and costs necessary for typing without making it necessary to perform the duplicate typing of subject's gene information when that information has been already typed, and an on-demand typing management method and a program. SOLUTION: In the apparatus, method, and program, typed gene information obtained by associating subject identification information to uniquely identify a subject with the subject's typed gene information is stored, the subject identification information and clinical information are stored by associating them with each other, the search condition of the clinical information is set, the subject identification information which comprises the clinical information corresponding to the set retrieval condition is retrieved, the gene information to be retrieved is set, and whether or not the set gene information is included in the typed gene information corresponding to the retrieved subject identification information is decided.
