<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosensitive lithographic printing plate which can record an image by infrared scanning and exposure based on digital data and is highly so sensitive as to enhance on-machine developability. <P>SOLUTION: This thermosensitive lithographic printing plate has a thermosensitive layer containing a particle of a precursor to turn hydrophobic formed on a hydrophilic support. The thermosensitive layer is formed of a first thermosensitive layer on the support side and a second thermosensitive layer formed on the first thermosensitive layer. The average particle diameter of the particle contained in the first thermosensitive layer is larger than the average particle diameter of the particle contained in the second thermosensitive layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
