METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MICROLENS SHEET, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PROJECTION SCREEN USING THE MICROLENS SHEET, AND PROJECTION SCREEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide; a method of manufacturing a microlens sheet, which obtains a microlens sheet of high reliability and a projection screen or the like using the same by surely forming holes for etching by a beam like laser and surely forming each microlens; a method of manufacturing a projection screen using the microlens sheet; and a projection screen.

SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the microlens sheet having microlenses, recessed parts 14 for forming microlenses, which are provided in a mold 16 for manufacturing the microlens sheet are formed by a plurality of holes 14 for etching provided correspondingly to respective recessed parts 14 by microfabrication with a beam like laser, and the projection screen is provided with the microlens sheet manufactured by using this method.
