PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat electric foot warmer which is not bulky, radiates little heat, is light and easily carried, and is easily handled and washed, and facilitates putting in/taking out of the feet. SOLUTION: A face material 3 including two foot-holes 4, 4 covers nearly the whole surface of a bottom material 2 with heating wire 8 arranged therein.
