PURPOSE: A differential signal transmitter with three transmission lines per group and a different signal transmitting method using the same are provided to enhance transmission efficiency by transmitting six pieces of data information through three transmission lines in one frame. CONSTITUTION: A differential signal transmitter includes a signal transmitter(310), a signal receiver(320) and the first to the third transmission lines(330a-330c) for transmitting data information from the signal transmitter(310) to the signal receiver(320). The signal receiver(320) receives a signal generated from the signal transmitter(310) through ports(Pa-Pc). In order to prevent distortion of data information being transmitted, the first matching unit(340a) is formed between ends of the first and second transmission lines(330a,330b), the second matching unit(340b) is formed between ends of the second and the third transmission lines(330b,330c), and the third matching unit(340c) is formed between ends of the third and the first transmission lines(330c,330a). Data information received by the signal receiver(320) is recognized according to the order of size of voltages of the photos(Pa-Pc). The order of the size of the voltages of the ports(Pa-Pc) can be recognized through a direction of a current flowing in the first to the third matching units(340a-340c).
