<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injector for a prefilled syringe having high sealability without being provided with a sealing member, and to provide the prefilled syringe using the injector. <P>SOLUTION: The injector 10 for the prefilled syringe is provided with an outer cylinder 2 having a nozzle part 22, a sealing cap 3 detachably attached to the nozzle part 22, and a gasket 4. The nozzle part 22 is provided with a tip part 24 for mounting an injection needle and a nozzle side screwing part 25. The cap 3 is provided with a tip part housing part 49, a cap side screwing part 50 to be screwed with the nozzle side screwing part 25, and a sealing part 58 projected from the tip closed surface of the housing part 49 to a rear end side for intruding into and sealing the tip opening 29 of the tip part 24. The tip part housing part 49 is provided with a small diameter part 52 capable of being in contact with the tip part of the tip part 24 annularly and liquid-tightly and pinching the tip part of the tip part 24 in cooperation with the sealing part 58. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
