PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow molding machine capable of reducing the weight of a feed part for feeding a preform and capable of simply performing the replacing work of the feed part. SOLUTION: This blow molding machine 1 is constituted so as to feed the preform 2 along a horizontal pallet circulating passage 4 by a pallet 3. The pallet 3 is the preform feed part having an extremely simple shape equipped only with a recessed part 32 in which the mouth part 22 of the preform 2 can be inserted and a through-hole 33 for permitting a stretching rod and blow air to pass at the time of blow molding and the preform 2 is fed in a state that the mouth part 22 of the preform 2 is inserted in the recessed part 32. In a heating part 6, the pallet 3 is fed in the state placed on the turntable 612 of a pallet carrier 61. When a container having a different caliber is subjected to blow molding, only the pallet 3 may be replaced and the pallet 3 can be detached from the pallet carrier 61 by raising only the pallet 3 by hands.
