摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower production cost and provide high quality thawing at low cost by stabilizing cooling performance in a cooking chamber on a cooking device for thawing food materials by induction-heating with high-frequency while cooling the surface of the food materials. SOLUTION: The cooking chamber 25 is formed in the space of a cooling chamber 22 opened to the front face thereof, the space is used as a cool air circulation passage, the weight of the food materials is detected by a food material pan rotating motor 42 in the cooking chamber 25, and the rotational speed of a cool air circulation fan 38 cooling the cooking chamber 25 is controlled according to food material weight detection signals. By this, the quantity of the cool air circulation passage parts can be reduced, a thermally insulated box body can be formed in a simple shape, the lowering of air amount in the cool air circulation passage and at a cool air inflow port 40 can be suppressed, the surface temperature of the food materials can be uniformized by efficiently applying cool air to the surface of the food material, the food materials can be controllably cooled selectively for each weight, the production cost can be reduced, and the high quality thawing can be performed.
