PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high load transmission belt having a longer lifetime by preventing a crack from occurring at a center belt owing to a load from blocks. SOLUTION: At least at a lower side of the high load transmission belt equipped with a plurality of the blocks 2 at the center belt 3a, protrusions 18 and 19 of the blocks, and grooves 20 and 21 of the center belt are formed on a curve surface where a curvature radius R1 of a second curve surface at a rear side is set larger than a curvature radius R2 of a first curvature at a front side in the belt forwarding direction.
