<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely calculate the number of pulses by surely removing body motion components from the pulse wave components even if the body motion component with small acceleration is produced. <P>SOLUTION: A body motion detecting part detects the body motion components produced with a shape change of a worn portion and outputs a body motion detecting signal to a transmission part, and a pulse wave detecting part detects the pulse wave components and outputs a pulse wave detecting signal to the transmission part. The transmission part transmits collected information.
