PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor start control unit which enables sure and stable start at a low cost with high efficiency, low vibration and low noise. SOLUTION: This motor start control unit is equipped with a motor current detecting amplifier 6 detecting a motor current of a motor coil, and a control part 7, including a phase difference detecting part 8 detecting irregularity of phase difference between a motor driving voltage and the motor current and a start control part 16 responding to an output of the phase difference detecting part 8, confirming the state of the motor, and detecting stable rotation and start completion of the motor. The start completion of the motor is detected by the phase difference between the motor driving voltage and the motor current. Thereby the start completion can be surely determined without the use of a sensor. |
