PURPOSE: A microorganism of which tdcBC and pckA genes are knocked-out in chromosome and a method for producing L-threonine using the same microorganism are provided, thereby inhibiting dissociation and entry into the cell of L-threonine, and activating biosynthesis pathway of L-threonine, so that L-threonine can be produced in high concentration and yield. CONSTITUTION: The microorganism E. coli of which tdcBC and pckA genes are simultaneously knocked-out in chromosome is provided, wherein the E. coli is produced by inserting pckA gene fragment containing antibiotic resistance gene in which site-specific recombinase binding site is present in both ends into a parent microorganism of which tdcBC is knocked-out in chromosome, wherein the site-specific recombinase is FLP, Cre or XerC/D; the E. coli is E. coli FTR2717(KCCM-10475). The method for producing L-threonine culturing E. coli FTR2717(KCCM-10475) in a medium. |
