A selective one-motion door opening mechanism comprising a latchet lever (32) for opening the door of a vehicle, an open lever (22) being shifted by an outer open handle (25), a lock lever (23) switching between an unlock position (U) for transmitting the shift of the open lever to the latchet lever and a lock position (L) not transmitting the shift to the latchet lever, an auxiliary lever (35) turned by an inner open handle (19), and a pin (41) switching between an effective position (X) and an ineffective position (Y). The lock lever is reset to the unlock position by the turning of the latchet lever. The switch pin, when at the effective position, transmits the turn of the auxiliary lever to the latchet lever and transmits the turn of the auxiliary lever to the open lever upon switching to the ineffective position.
