FIELD: treatment of fruit surface before laying for storage. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves cleaning fruit surface from mechanical contaminants; applying essential oil of same fruits combined with epiphytic substances of cuticular layer of plant raw material onto fruit surface by condensing thereof from supercritical medium used as carrier.
