FIELD: hermetic sealing agents. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conducting hermetic sealing compositions used in welding for sealing welded seams in machine engineering (automobile construction, wagon construction, sheep building). Invention proposes hermetic sealing composition that comprises the following components, wt.-%: polyisobutylene with molecular mass 10 000-25 000 Da, 10-40; mineral oil, 5-45; graphite, 40-60. Another hermetic sealing composition comprises, wt.-%: butyl rubber, 5-30; polyisobutylene with molecular mass 10 000-25 000 Da, 5-10; mineral oil, 15-25; graphite, 40-60. Proposed hermetic sealing compositions are designated for sealing seams by borders metal-metal in welding to provide the qualitative welded core and they elicit high physical-mechanical stability and adhesion strength in the range of temperature from -60oC to +160oC. ^ EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of compositions. ^ 3 cl, 4 tbl |
