The device has a body equipped with a central core and two blades (2) blocked by a taper pin (3). The blades are in the form of an envelope and constituted of several parts (10) that are deformed by elasticity towards interior of the blade. The blades are made from an elastic material such as thermoplastic polymer. Side parts of the taper pin come in abutment with the interior of the blades.
