<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing managing method using delivery time estimation for a semiconductor memory is provided to output a correct direction and detect delivery retardation for products in a manufacturing process, and prevent the delivery retardation based on a state of the products in the manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: Manufacturing information including a delivery date, a work progress, a work period, and an operation status and a production capacity of a manufacturing device for each lot is previously stored(S100). For each lot, the delivery time estimation is calculated based on the manufacturing information, and the delivery retardation is judged based on the delivery time estimation and the delivery date(S500). A warning for the retarded lot is output. If the retardation is larger than a preset value, a proper countermeasure for a retardation cause is directed by analyzing the retardation cause(S1000).</p> |
