<p>PURPOSE: A device for adjusting the height of mold for curved glass is provided to improve productivity and reduce production cost by easy processing and assembling due to elevation of links. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises the parts of: a main body containing several frames(100) with a curved shape, a horizontal rod(110) on the frame, set along the frame; a guide frame(10), having a hollow inside(11) and guide holes(12) on its sides, set horizontally under the rod; a slider(20), placed inside the guide frame, with a spiral groove(21) on its end; a rotation controller(30), having a spiral axis(31), joined to spiral grooves of the slider, on the front end and a knob(32) in the back of the spiral axis, fixed on the guide frame; a link(40) between horizontal rod and guide frame, which is hinge bound to the slide through guide holes. The link has a first(41) and a second(41A) link parts hinge-fixed on a bracket(50) supporting the lower part of the rod(110), and a third(42) and a fourth(42A)link parts hinge-fixed on a bracket for fixing the guide frame on the frame(100), wherein the upper sides of the first and the second link parts are engaged with the lower sides of the third and the fourth link parts.</p> |
