The device has an anchoring unit (3) connected to one end of a threaded rod (4) traversing a fixation hole (5) of an arch (2) for cooperating with a fixing unit comprising a locking unit (6). The rod cooperates with a threaded tube (7) fixed at interior of a traversing hole (13) to apply lower circular surface of head (8) against bottom of a channel (12) for locking the unit (3) and an accessory (1) against the arch. The locking unit (6) is formed by the threaded tube (7) terminated by the cylindrical head (8) having diameter greater than the tube.
