SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING SERVICE FOR DOCUMENT DATA, PROCESSING RESULT MANAGING DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR CONFIRMING PROCESS RESULT OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A system for processing a service for document data, a processing result managing device, and a method for confirming a process result of the same are provided to surely check error of each service device when the service is cooperatively processed between devices connected to the network based on preset processing particulars. CONSTITUTION: A user interface(42) directions confirmation that individual process of each service processing device(24A-24D) is normally terminated, or performs directions of a confirmation result. A log obtaining part(44) obtains a log stored in each service processing device. A log comparing/judging part(46) judges that the process is normally terminated at the obtained log. A comparing/judging result generator(48) generates a service link log representing a comparing/judging result of the log comparing/judging part. A result delivering part(50) delivers the service link log to a preset folder or through a mail.
