PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of corrosion in wiring lines formed on a substrate included in an electrooptical device. SOLUTION: A planar shape of an ACF (anisotropic conductive film) 170 to mount a driver IC 150 on a first substrate 110 is selected so that an edge of the ACF 170 is located on a part where both wiring lines 113p and 114p out of the output wiring lines 113p and the input wiring lines 114p are spaced.
