PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate loosening of a wire lifting a bottom plate even when large amount of recording papers are drawn on one side on the bottom plate and load is applied on them. SOLUTION: A loosening absorption plate 230 is arranged below the bottom plate 211 on which recording papers are loaded and which has holes in the vicinity of at least four corners. Tips of wires 237, 238, etc. inserted into each hole in the bottom plate 211 freely are further inserted into four corners of the loosening absorption plate 230 and are locked on its lower face. When load of the recording paper is temporarily applied to one side of the bottom plate 211 while the bottom plate 211 is lifted by each wire 237, 238, etc., loosening generated in the wire inserted into the hole in the vicinity of two corners on the opposite side of the bottom plate 211 on which load is applied on one side is absorbed by pulling downward by the loosening absorption plate 230.
