PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the integration degree and to secure the reliability by an application, for example, to an inkjet printer by a thermal system in relation to a liquid discharging head, a liquid discharging device and a manufacturing method of a liquid discharging head. SOLUTION: The liquid discharging head is constituted by forming an element separation region 22 for insulating and separating semiconductor elements 23 and 24, by a trench structure.
