PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic imaging technique which realizes a contrast echo image with a high S/N ratio sufficient to perform a definite diagnosis based on the contrast echo image by imaging, by clearly distinguishing an echo component generated by being scattered by a micro bubble system contrast agent from a Tissue Harmonic component generated by a transmission pulse being nonlinearly propagated. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic imaging device is to transmit and receive an ultrasonic pulse for a living body, and form a contrast image by the micro bubble for contrast imaging inside the living body. When N is an integer of≥3, the contrast image is formed by using a transmission pulse wave using an envelope in common under the same wave transmission and reception focus condition, rotating the phase of the carrier wave by every 360°/N, performing N times wave transmission and reception, and obtaining an summation signal (d) by adding N time series reception echo signals (a), (b) and (c) obtained by the N times wave transmission and reception.
