PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desk-top file easy to use by solving the problem that a desk-top file which can be used while being placed on a desk is easily moved and difficult to use with the single hand when a friction coefficient between the table and the file is low. SOLUTION: On the lower surface of the stand 2 of the desk-top file with the stand, a cleat 4 made of rubber, fabric, etc. with a large friction coefficient with the desk is provided for filing a nail with the single hand.
