<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the imaging of a damaged vehicle by use of optional external equipment located in the surroundings of the damaged vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A center 30 which provides a security service to a vehicle through a communication line transmits, on receipt of a signal reporting an abnormal state from the damaged vehicle 10, an imaging instruction to the imaging device 100 of a peripheral vehicle 20 located in the surroundings of the damaged vehicle 10.
