<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind and snow protection fence preventing snow coverage on a road and poor visibility while securing a comfortable walking space for pedestrians by straightening a snowstorm to blow it up over the road. <P>SOLUTION: The fence itself is erected tilting in one direction, and flow straightening plates 2 are mounted obliquely upward in the tilted direction of posts. The snowstorm is thereby straightened well and blown up over the road to provide the wind and snow protection fence preventing snow coverage on the road and poor visibility while securing the comfortable walking space for the pedestrians. Further, if a solar battery panel is used for the flow straightening plate 2, it functions as a snow protection fence during the winter while performing solar power generation in the seasons without snow coverage, so that power can be supplied to nearby road equipment and facilities to provide the wind and snow protection fence that can function throughout the year. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
