<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a fixing structure for a flat harness, which surely enables flat harness to be fixed, when the flat harness is adopted as a harness, and a shock absorber where this structure is applied. <P>SOLUTION: A bumper 1 is composed of a bumper face 2, accessories 3a and 3b, a flat harness 4, an absorber 5, a reinforcement 6, and a millimeter wave radar 8. The flat harness 4 is attached with its slit 14 catching a first fin 15, at a place where the first fin 15 is formed in the bumper face 2. At a place where the second fin 15 between the first fins 15 is made, it is arranged in a condition with its being bent along the outline of a second fin 16, without its slit 14 having the second fin 16 inserted. Because of this, the flat harness 4 is attached and fixed firmly to the bumper face 2, while avoiding the millimeter wave radar 8.
