<p>The present invention relates to a prothetic ligament (7) for the reinforcement for the rotulian tendon (3) which is verticalized by turning over external fibres (5) of said tendon (3). The longitudinal fibres (13) forming the core of the artificial ligament (7) are in maximum permanent extension position, fully rectilinear and parallel between each other, joined in extension relationship by means of a non deforming chain knitting along a network of stitches (14). The ligament (7) presents at both ends (18) a flattening of longitudinal fibres (13), said flattening being obtained by a transverse seam (17).</p> |
