<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when an electronic circuit is realized on a wiring board, the constitution wherein e.g. a resistance component is hard to attach to the outside of the board or hard to print on the board or to mount in high density, and it becomes difficult to form resistors of various resistance values, so that flexibility of design of the electronic circuit is restricted. <P>SOLUTION: In the wiring board, resistor components are formed by filling the through holes formed on the board with resistive paste, and a resistance value can be set to a desired value although the form is identical by using resistive material different in resistance value.
