PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional reflection survey data acquisition method using S-wave capable of simplifying a receiving data acquisition work of a reflected wave in a survey region, and acquiring three-dimensional reflection survey data without reducing data quality peculiar to reflection survey using an elastic wave. SOLUTION: An S-wave receiving device 13 is installed, which is provided in parallel with a plurality of array lines wherein a plurality of geophones for detecting S-wave vibration are arrayed linearly at prescribed intervals on an inelastic belt. Vibration by the S-wave is excited by using a vibration generation plate 11 on the ground on the position separated at a prescribed distance from the plurality of array lines in the receiving device, and a reflected wave of the S-wave from under the ground is recorded as reception data of the reflected wave. The plurality of array lines and a vibration generation machine are moved by pulling/moving the S-wave receiving device 13 and the vibration generation plate 11 by using a heavy industrial machine, and then excitation and recording of the reception data of the reflected wave are repeated, to thereby acquire the three-dimensional reflection survey data.
