PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilator of a roof, whose lower member is provided in such a manner as to cover a roof opening provided in the ridge part of the roof, wherein an upper member is mounted on the upper side of the lower member at an interval in such a manner that an air duct for circulating air from the side of one end in a span direction to that of the other end and communicating with the roof opening in the ridge part is formed between the upper member and the lower member, and which makes a cost lower by reducing the number of components. SOLUTION: A baffle member 37, which is provided between the lower and upper members 12 and 13, is constituted by integrally forming lower board parts 38A and 38B to be mounted on the lower member 12, an upper board part 39 for mounting the upper member 13, and a plurality of vertical board parts 40A and 40b which couple the board parts 38A, 38B and 39 together and face one another in the slope direction of the roof; the air duct 43B, which is positioned near to the upper member 13, is provided on one side of the adjacent vertical board parts 40A and 40B; and the air duct 43A, which is positioned near to the lower member 12, is provided on the other side.
