PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the phenomenon of generation of a pin hole and burst of a film damper, caused by repeated deformations and to elongate durability, in a film damper constituted by closing a flexible film in a bag shape and sealing the viscous fluid therein. SOLUTION: In the film damper 16 filled with viscous fluid, the flexible film is closed in a bag shape to form a container 22, viscous fluid is sealed in the container 22, and fixing parts 26 for fixing to a supporting member and a supported member are formed to the flexible film 18. When the supporting member and the supported member are relatively deformed, the shape of a whole film damper 16 is changed to flow the viscous fluid contained therein to damp vibrations.
