<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive antireflective material which has an antireflective film of three-layered structure having a low reflection factor and a manufacturing method for the inexpensive antireflective material which has the low reflection factor and is easily manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: The antireflective material has the antireflective layer obtained by laminating an intermediate refractive index layer, a high refractive index layer, and a low refractive index layer at least on a base material in this order, and is characterized in that the intermediate refractive index layer and the high refractive index layer are made of metal compounds of the same metal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
