PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when intruder detection information is transmitted to a plurality of transmission destinations, it is necessary to entrust a service agent with the setting of the transmission destinations, and it becomes a subject of discussion to browse images including user's in-house information from all the transmission destinations in terms of the protection of privacy. SOLUTION: At least one of a plurality of pieces of terminal equipment having addresses for transmitting the detection information of an intruder from a center server is made to communicate with the center server, and to perform the registration, change, and erasure of the transmission destinations, and the grouping of the transmission destinations, so that a user can freely change report destinations according to his or her own condition. Also, whether or not the browsing of an image photographed at the time of detection is permitted is registered for each of those transmission destinations or each of those groups.
