<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro strip line which attenuates a wide frequency range signal. <P>SOLUTION: In a dielectric substrate 5 between a transmission conductor 1 and a ground conductor 4, two or more patch conductors 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, and 2e are arranged and installed, the arranged direction is parallel to the transmission conductor 1, the patch conductors 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, and 2e are respectively connected to the ground conductor 4, and a dielectric constant of the dielectric substrate 5 is 4.5 to 20.0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
