PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction structure of a convenient cast-in-place reinforced concrete pile capable of facilitating the elimination of an extra fill concrete when a reinforced concrete pile is formed at a civil engineering and building site. SOLUTION: A circular cut-off plate 4 forming a through-hole 5 in the center of the inside circumference is fixed to the upper part of a cage formed in a cylindrical shape by combining a large number of linear main bars 2 with circular hoops 3, the upper end part of the main bars projected upward from the cut-off plate is covered with a foamable synthetic resin-made cylindrical cover 36, at the same time, cellular plastic films 22 and 23 are wound on the circumferential surface by making a cardboard as a core to coaxially arrange a pull-out cylinder 12 with a large diameter formed by providing an engaging section 17 to the upper end section and a cylinder 11 with a small diameter consisting of the cardboard on the cut-off plate, a lid plate 31 covers the pull-out cylinder and the upper end of the cylinder with the small diameter, and a tremie pipe 41 is inserted in the cylinder with the small diameter to place concrete 42.
