Novel compositions (A) comprise a cosmetic medium containing soluble fluorescent dye(s) (I) and insoluble conditioner(s) (II), selected from synthetic, mineral, vegetable, animal, fluorinated or perfluorinated oils, natural or synthetic waxes, carboxylic acid esters and/or 2-acylamino-alkane-1,3-diol derivatives (II'). Novel compositions (A) comprise a cosmetic medium containing soluble fluorescent dye(s) (I) and insoluble conditioner(s) (II), selected from synthetic, mineral, vegetable, animal, fluorinated or perfluorinated oils, natural or synthetic waxes, carboxylic acid esters and/or 2-acylamino-alkane-1,3-diol derivatives of formula Q 3-CH(OH)-CH(NHCOQ 1)-CH 2-OQ 2 (II').
